This time next week we all be sailing toward Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands starting a vacation at long last. The staysail needed to be repaired, so we spent the late afternoon here repairing the sail with our Sailrite Sewing Machine, sail cloth, seam tape and lots of patience. We will bend it on tomorrow.

Sail to North Vancouver
We sailed Terratima to First Yacht Services - the people who had originally com missed her - to have a stainless steel arch added. Their "shop" is located in a marina just west of the Ironworkers memorial Bridge (the Second Narrows Bridge) in Burrard Inlet
